1. Inbound: Receiving, checking and storing incoming goods


The process behind the scenes of a webshop starts with the receipt of goods in our warehouse, or inbound (sometimes also called inbound). Incoming goods are carefully checked and recorded.

After registration, the goods are stored in our warehouse at an assigned location.




2. Stock Management: Maximum balance between costs and number of goods


We help you to manage your stock in the best possible way and to find the balance between quantity and speed of delivery.





3. Picking & Packing: Collecting, packing and preparing orders for shipment


Incoming orders from your webshop are processed quickly and accurately by an experienced team of order pickers. They take care of all the order picking steps. From collecting an order to packing and preparing it for shipment.

Regarding the packing, we can offer you a wide range of possibilities. Of course products can be packed with standard packaging materials. But also a more personalized way of packing is possible. Think of special boxes in your house style or in different colour combinations.

Besides the packaging materials, we also take care of the packing slip, return form or invoice, the shipping label and any accompanying letter. If you wish, everything can be done in your own house style.


     4. Shipment:

Once an order has been packed, checked and issued with a shipping label and packing slip, the next step is to ship it to your customer.
